Overview
This program covers advanced and master tools and techniques for manufacturing excellence,
including quality management through TQM and Six Sigma, and operational efficiency through Lean
Manufacturing. It emphasizes workplace safety and environmental responsibility via EHS practices,
while promoting sustainability through ESG, GHG, and ECOVADIS principles. Participants will learn
about energy management, carbon and circular economy strategies, and responsible procurement.
The program also addresses social management systems, asset management, good governance, and
supply chain management. Additionally, it integrates enterprise risk management, business
continuity, and cybersecurity to ensure long-term resilience and efficiency in manufacturing
operations.
